Thank you for sharing your Personal experience. One of the things we have found when consulting with remote companies is that the hybrid is by far the most difficult to manage. When some people are in the office and others are distributed, everyone is not on an equal level playing field when it comes to engagement.

I do have a question: Do you think if you started off remote and worked at a coworking space, could that be enough human connection to satisfy your needs?
